History
Our journey began in July 2018 when Electrify Canada was born. Fast forward to September 2019, and we proudly opened our first charging station. Since then, we've grown steadily, and as of July 2022, we have 30 station locations up and running.
Our journey reflects an unwavering dedication to advancing the adoption of Zero-Emission Vehicles (ZEVs). Our mission is straightforward: to construct a high-speed EV charging network that simplifies the transition to electric vehicles for Canadians. By the close of 2025, we envision having more than 100 charging stations across nine provinces, each featuring an excess of 500 chargers.
What sets us apart is our dedication to supporting existing EVs and those to come. Were ready for the future, with charging sites that have an average of four chargers and technology that caters to a wide range of EVs. Our charging power can go as high as 350 kW, meaning you can get back on the road faster.
We have simplified the process of locating and utilizing our charging stations through our user--friendly app and a wealth of information available on our website.
While we are making strides, we are also in competition with the likes of Petro--Canada and Tesla. They have their DC fast charge networks, but we're here to bring a new level of convenience and accessibility to EV charging.
In a recent announcement in January 2023, Electrify Canada, in partnership with Electrify America, revealed an ambitious plan. We aim to have 10000 chargers and 1,800 charging stations across the USA and Canada by 2026. Plus, we're proud to support the NACS charging connector, formerly known as Tesla's proprietary connector, by 2025.

As of July 2022, we've already set up more than 30 station locations, and we have ambitious plans to extend this network to over 100 charging stations by the close of 2025. 3. Charger Accessibility: We believe in accessibility for all. Our charging stations are strategically located, ensuring you can find a charging point when you need it most. We also provide a user--friendly app and a website with interactive maps, allowing you to locate our stations easily.

Multi-Platform Access: To cater to the needs of a diverse EV community, our charging stations are compatible with a wide range of EV models, thanks to non--proprietary DC fast charging technologies like CCS and CHAdeMO. This means that whether you drive a new EV or an older model, we've got you covered.
5. Electrify Canada App: Our user-friendly mobile app is a game-changer. It lets you locate and access charging stations, check real-time availability, and manage your charging session—all at your fingertips. We are constantly updating and improving our app to enhance your experience.
6. Collaboration with Electrify America: Through our partnership with Electrify America, we're not just focused on Canada. We have ambitious plans to deploy 10,000 chargers and 1,800 charging stations across the USA and Canada by 2026. This expanded network ensures seamless charging when you travel beyond borders.
